Throughout High School, I struggled with anxiety and seasons of depression but the gym became my therapy and kept me away from alcohol and drugs. You don’t need talent or status to start pursuing your dreams. See your vision, believe in yourself, and do everything in your power to achieve it. Don’t be afraid to start and don’t listen to those who doubt your worth. Everyone has a purpose in life, and we truly believe ours is to inspire others through this positive message and fitness movement.
